Rossoneri striker Carlos Bacca is not getting the recognition he deserves at Lazio.
The Italian forward has been linked with a move to Napoli but the Rossonerio have not made an official bid for the 26-year-old, instead opting to continue their pursuit of Lazio midfielder Matteo Mancini.
In a statement to AS, Laziomilano sporting director Angelo Marotta explained the situation and said that Bacca has a “problem” with the club.
“We are not going to accept the offer from Lazio,” Marotta said.
“Carlos Bacca wants to go to Napolo, but the situation is that he is not allowed to leave.
It remains to be seen if the Rossoni will accept an offer for Bacca, who has been out of the side since January with a knee injury.”
We hope he can continue his career here, because we believe in him.”
